LA Storm players Lawrence Smalls and Diego Souza recently made guest appearances at  St. Dorothy School, just minutes away from the Storm home game fields.

The Storm players were invited to take part in the St. Dorothy Kids Get Active Fair , held on February 1st.

During the fair, which was also open to parents, students learned about making healthy choices such as eating right and being physically fit.

Smalls and Souza visited with each class of students, teaching juggling moves, running skills sessions, and offering players the opportunity to play short-sided games against the Storm players.

 

Each season, Storm players have many opportunities to give back to the community. The players always look forward to meeting their fans and are  happy to sign autographs.

At the conclusion of the school day, two lucky St. Dorothy students went home with Nike soccer balls autographed by the entire LA Storm team.
